The client supplied an existing design, optimised to reduce weight without compromising strength, and needed to physically validate the chassis before committing to final materials and production.

We produced a resin prototype with the dimensional accuracy needed to test motor and electronics mounts. This allowed the client to confirm that the supplied geometry behaved as expected beyond the screen.
